Information We Collect

We collect information you provide during the application flow, including your name, email, phone, address, and company details. We collect payment information via Stripe — TokenTempo does not store card numbers.

How We Use It

We use this information to form your company with the Montana Secretary of State, submit your EIN application, generate your founding documents, and communicate with you about your formation.

Sharing

We share information with state and federal agencies as required to complete your filing. We share information with vendors (Stripe for payments, Supabase for storage, Resend for email, Mercury for banking referral) solely to provide the service.

Retention

We retain application data for as long as your company exists or as required by law.
